01 / Find clarity
Find the real operational constraints before investing in the wrong fix.
Approximately three weeks from kickoff, with timely access and feedback.
A shared view of what is causing friction, which improvements matter most and what should happen next.
Work feels harder than it should, but the cause isn’t clear. Information is fragmented, the founder is a bottleneck or the team is unsure where automation or AI would help.
Clear priorities, dependencies and recommended owners, with a practical near-term improvement ready to move into action.
Scope boundaries. This is a focused assessment. Implementation, a comprehensive business audit and specialist legal, cybersecurity, tax or accounting reviews are outside scope. You can use the roadmap internally or move into a separately scoped sprint.
02 / Make a focused change
Redesign and implement one or more defined operational improvements.
Typically four to eight weeks, depending on complexity, access, data quality and decisions.
A tested, documented and adopted way of working, with someone inside your business ready to own it.
You understand the problem you want solved, or have completed a diagnostic, and need help turning the right solution into a working process.
One agreed primary measure, such as fewer errors, shorter turnaround time or fewer manual handoffs, supported by adoption and acceptance checks.
Scope boundaries. We agree the improvements, deliverables and delivery capacity before work begins. A sprint can focus on a single improvement or several related improvements, with scope and timing tailored to your priorities. Unrelated projects, major migrations, system replacements and ongoing administration need separate scope. Software and third-party costs are excluded.
03 / Maintain momentum
Ongoing operational leadership without a full-time operations executive.
Ongoing monthly engagement, with a recommended initial three-month commitment.
A reliable operating rhythm, visible priorities and steady progress on the changes that matter.
Operational priorities span the business and keep competing for attention. You need a partner to help make decisions, maintain focus and move improvements forward.
Progress against agreed milestones, improvements in selected operating measures and less avoidable founder involvement in recurring work.
Scope boundaries. This is not daily administrative support, unlimited projects or round-the-clock availability. Internal staffing and legal decisions remain with your business. Major implementations and migrations are scoped and priced separately.
Working together
We agree the outcome, deliverables, timeline and responsibilities before work begins. You provide access to the right people and systems, timely decisions and an internal owner for the changes.
Success measures depend on your starting point and the work in scope. Results aren’t guaranteed, and lasting improvement depends on the team adopting the new way of working.
A clearer way forward
You don’t need to arrive with the answer.
Let’s start with what’s making work harder than it should be.
