About One Stop Ops

Someone who sees
how it all connects.

Most growing businesses don’t need another isolated specialist. They need someone who understands how people, processes, systems and technology work together across the business.

One Stop Ops brings that broader view to the practical work of improving operations.

Meet the founder

A systems thinker.
A practical partner.

I’m Kirk Megna, Founder & Principal Consultant of One Stop Ops.

I’m interested in the connections between problems: how an unclear handoff creates more admin, how fragmented information slows decisions and how a process can keep bringing work back to the founder.

My approach is to understand how the business works, involve the people closest to the work and help put useful improvements into practice.

Based in Ontario, I work remotely with founders and teams. You’ll work directly with me to understand the challenge and decide what should happen next.

What you can expect

A clear head.
A connected perspective.

Understand before prescribing

We start with the business problem and the way work actually happens. That gives us a better basis for choosing what to change.

Use technology with purpose

A new tool isn’t always the answer. We use automation, integration and AI where they support a sound workflow and a useful outcome.

Build with the people doing the work

People need to understand, trust and use the changes. Their experience informs the design, testing and handoff.

Leave ownership with your team

Clear responsibilities and practical documentation help improvements last beyond the engagement.

“Kirk has always been someone I can rely on when something technical isn't working as it should. He's excellent at getting to the root of the issue, and just as importantly, explaining what went wrong and how he fixed it in a way that actually makes sense.”
