This policy explains how One Stop Ops uses cookies and similar technologies on onestopops.ca. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more broadly.
What cookies do
Cookies are small files saved by your browser. They can help a website remember choices, protect against automated abuse and understand how visitors use its pages. Some expire when a browsing session ends; others remain until they expire or you delete them. Similar technologies, such as browser storage and tracking requests, can serve related purposes.
Services used on this website
Security and website operation. Our hosting infrastructure uses Cloudflare services to help protect the website from automated abuse and manage security challenges. These services may set security cookies independently of our analytics settings.
Cookie preferences. Enzuzo provides our cookie banner and preference controls. It stores your choices so they can be applied on later visits. Banner display and available controls can vary with regional settings and your previous choices.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand visits, page use and interactions. Analytics can process browser and device information, referral information and identifiers. We do not deliberately send contact-form names, email addresses or messages to Google Analytics. Google Tag Manager loads and manages our analytics and consent tags; it is not itself the cookie preference manager.
Appointment bookings. Our contact page loads a Google Calendar booking widget when you choose “View available times”. Loading it connects your browser to Google, which may use cookies or similar technologies depending on your browser and Google account settings. You can also open the booking page separately. Cookie details
The following list reflects cookies identified during website setup and cookies used by the services above. Not every cookie will be present on every visit. Lifetimes can vary with configuration, browser limits and subsequent visits.

Manage your choices
Open cookie preferences to review the choices available through Enzuzo. Where optional categories are offered, you can accept or reject them and later change your selection. Your choice applies to this browser and device; clearing cookies or using another browser may require you to choose again.
If the preference manager does not open, check whether a browser extension is blocking it, use your browser’s cookie controls, or contact us. Your browser can block or delete cookies, including existing cookies. Blocking security or functional cookies may affect access or features. You can also use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Changing a preference does not undo processing that has already occurred. Deleting a cookie does not necessarily delete information already held by a service provider. Consent Mode may allow Google to receive limited requests without analytics cookies when consent is denied; rejecting cookies is not necessarily the same as preventing all network connections to Google.
Third parties and updates
Service providers may process information outside Canada under their own terms and privacy policies, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may update this Cookie Policy when our services or settings change; the date above shows the latest revision.
